We would like to inform you that due to recent demands by Health Canada, our website will no longer be accessible until such time as we have obtained Health Canada market authorization for the SNUS (i.e. nicotine pouches) that we carry. As a company with over 7 years of experience in the sale of tobacco harm reduction products, we have a significant amount of knowledge and expertise with respect to Health Canada FDA, NPA and TVPA regulations. We believe that Health Canada has intentionally misclassified tobacco-free nicotine pouches, associating them with the Prescription Drug Legislation within the Food and Drug Act (FDA) instead of the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act (TVPA). It is our belief that tobacco-free SNUS is a harm reduction tool that is meant to replace or supplement smoking, chewing and/or vaping and not assist in the cessation of these activities. As such, nicotine pouches should be regulated alongside eLiquids, not nicotine gum, and therefore fall under similar requirements for import and sale. We have already retained a law firm that specializes in regulatory law to begin the costly and time-intensive process of petitioning Health Canada for these changes and we look forward to sharing frequent updates with you as we progress through this arduous process. Please sign-up for email updates from us below as we will need your support as we petition Health Canada to get these laws changed. We have already enlisted the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB) for assistance and guidance during this process, and are going to everything we can to fight for your rights! We look forward to sharing more with you very soon.
